Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
